I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas in 2017. I was born and raised in Manhattan Kansas, but moved to Colorado following graduation.
My first experience with physical therapy was in high school following several injuries while playing competitive soccer. I underwent two ACL repairs and months of physical therapy as a result. I was astounded by my physical therapist’s ability to help me reach my goals and ultimately return to the game I loved. Since becoming a physical therapist, I have been able to provide that same level of care for my patients, continually striving to get them back to the core activities that make them feel like themselves. I have special interests in orthopedic manual therapy, concussion care, and vestibular rehabilitation and look for every opportunity to grow as a clinician and professional.
Having made yearly family vacations to Colorado growing up, I’m excited to be a Colorado resident and enjoy the outdoor activities year round. In my free time, I opt for taking in the beautiful Colorado scenery while cycling, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and paddle boarding. When I’m not outside I enjoy reading, sewing, playing with my two cats, and spending time with family.
