9 Questions for Bobby Bemis
1. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Littleton, Colorado and I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado. I have three brothers and one sister. Two of my brothers live in the Denver area while my oldest brother and sister live in Oregon.
2.What are your hobbies?
I have several hobbies…too many some would say. I love to bike, swim, run, golf, camp, cook, watch movies, take pictures, read books, hike mountains, and many other things. I like to stay active and live a balanced life.
3. What did you want to be when you grew up?
I had dreams of being a photojournalist, park ranger and running in the Olympics. I didn’t make the Olympics…but I consider myself a novice park ranger and photographer…so I was close.
4. What are you thankful for this season?
I am thankful for my friends, my family, my health and the adventurous spirit I have been blessed with that keeps life fun.
5.What is your top advice for taking care of one’s health?
The best advice I can give is…TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME! We all face adversity, struggles and get frustrated from time to time. Many of life’s frustrations can be minimized by focusing on the present. Go for a walk, make a healthy meal, read a chapter, meet a friend, write a letter…TODAY. Focus on tomorrow…TOMORROW.
