John is a graduate of the Ithaca College Physical Therapy Program, earning his masters in 2002. Since graduation, he has improved his clinical skills through manual therapy courses from the University of St. Augustine and he received his manual therapy certification in 2011. John is also trained in trigger point dry needling and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has a minor in nutrition science and is interested in sports nutrition and recovery. His hobbies include Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, salsa dancing, indoor climbing, and snowboarding. Originally from New York, he currently lives with his wife in Westminster.
