This year we are combining our PTIS charity event with our 10,000 x 3 Challenge. For November, the staff at PTIS have challenged themselves to collectively do 10,000 sit-ups 10,000 push-ups 10,000 squats  AND WE WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP
 How can you help? 
 ONE: Pick up a 10,000 x 3 Tracking Chart from the front desk or download here.
 TWO: Track your sit-ups, push-ups and squats in November.
 THREE: Send us your tracking chart and we will add your efforts to our goal tracker.
